The instructions in this document will enable you to use the Microsoft Word CV Editor to edit documents in Word and save them directly back into the candidate record in Chameleon-i.
Note: you must have Admin rights to set user permissions.
- Open the 'Admin' panel.
- Select the 'Users' tab
- Select the user's profile you want to enable the CV Editor for from the drop-down list.
- Tick the 'Enable CV Editor' tick box, located in the centre column of the profile.
- Then click the 'Save' button.
Please ensure you have the CV editor installed on the Users machine with their Username and Password saved, otherwise they will not be able to open documents stored in Chameleon-i.
