A full backup of your data can be available to download from the backups tab in Admin.
Our data backup module provides you with an easy way to retrieve and locally store your data. Our downloadable backups allow you to extract the record cards for companies, clients, candidates, vacancies and placements into a CSV file for your own storage and use.
The backups include all elements of the record card, including notes, to do’s, tags with resumes you have stored within the record in a separate zip file. Whilst Chameleon-i will manage and safeguard your data, some clients wish to take a weekly backup of their data to store locally.
You will receive your data in six separate CSV files one for company, client, candidate, vacancy, placement records and notes. The zip folder will also contain uploaded candidate CV's and any other uploaded documents.
You will need to order the full backup via accounts@chameleoni.com and an invoice will be raised for the £1000 + VAT. Two backups will be available to download, one for when you are moving and a final one for your full data when leaving. Once it’s paid the backups will be available for you to download from the Admin Panel / Backups tab withing 7 working days.
