The downloadable backup module provides you with an affordable solution to retrieve your business data. Easily access and download a secure CSV data file on a weekly basis.
Our data backup module provides you with an easy way to retrieve and locally store your data. Our downloadable backups allow you to extract the record cards for companies, clients, candidates, vacancies and placements into a CSV file for your own storage and use.
The backups include all elements of the record card, including notes, to do’s with resumes you have stored within the record in a separate zip file. Whilst Chameleon-i will manage and safeguard your data, some clients wish to take a weekly backup of their data to store locally.
You will receive your data in separate six CSV files containing company, client, vacancy, placement and notes. Alongside the CSV file is two zip folders containing cvs and other saved documents.
A fresh backup is available every Monday containing the last 4 weeks data and it is simple to retrieve. For extra data security when you activate this module, you will be requested to set a four-digit pin number. Keep this pin safe as you will need it to access your future backups.
Please note that these backups contain your last 4 weeks data, you should as a minimum login and download your data every 4 weeks, it is suggested that taking a weekly copy is better practice.
How to activate
Click the ‘Order’ button from the ‘Company’ tab in your ‘Admin’ panel.
Enter a 4-digit PIN number of your choice to activate the service.
A fresh backup will be ready for you to download every Monday. Your backup is found within the Admin section of Chameleon-i under the Backup’s tab. You will need to enter your pin number to download them.
This module is charged £20+VAT per month company per month.
This is a subscription module paid monthly, should you require a one off copy of your data or you do not or have not chosen to subscribe to our backups module there is a seperate charge as detailed in our terms of business.
