The downloadable backup module provides you with an affordable solution to retrieve your business data. Easily access and download a secure CSV data file on a weekly basis.
Our data back-up module provides you with an easy way to retrieve and locally store your data, allowing you to extract the record information for companies, clients, candidates, vacancies, and placements into a CSV file for your own storage and use.
The back-ups include all elements of the record card, including notes, to do’s with resumes and any other saved documents you have stored within the record in a zip file. Whilst Chameleon-i will manage and safeguard your data, some clients wish to take a weekly back up of their data to store locally.
You can download your data in separate six CSV files containing company, client, vacancy, placement, and notes. Alongside the CSV files is a zip folder containing CVS.
A fresh back-up is available every Monday and it is simple to download. For extra data security when you activate this module, you will be requested to set a four-digit pin number. Keep this pin safe as you will need it to access your future back-ups.
How to activate
Click the 'Order' button from the 'Company' tab in your 'Admin' panel.
Enter a 4-digit PIN number, of your choice to activate the service. You back-ups will be ready for you to download the following Monday.
