If your emails are being sent but going into the recipient's junk folder, there are a few possible solutions that you can try to prevent these issues arising, for example adding our outgoing email server IP to your connectors list in your Microsoft accounts, whitelisting our IP and updating your SPF record.
The SPF record can be update by the following:
v=spf1 ip4:173.212.252.15 ip4:149.102.155.124 +a +mx +ip4:92.204.223.147 include:secureserver.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:chmi.uk -all
Here is an article on how you (or your IT Team) can add our IP to the connectors list:
Adding our Mail Send IP Address to your Microsoft Exchange Admin Centre
Whitelisting our IP addresses:
173.212.252.15 and 149.102.155.124
We also recommend that you always include an opt-out section on every mail regardless of whether it is a single or bulk email. In Chameleon-i this is done using the unsubscribe placeholder which generates a link allowing for recipients to be excluded from bulk emails. We recommend that you add this placeholder to your Chameleon-i signature so that it is automatically included on emails that you send out from Chameleon-i Below is a link to articles with more information on this on the unsubscribe link and email signatures.
