Connecting your Chameleon-i account via the Exchange Sync Module to an exchange mailbox that uses multifactor authentication (2FA).
On the Exchange Sync Module you are required to enter the server, username and password details in order for Chameleon-i to connect to a mailbox.
If your exchange mailbox uses multifactor authentication to login, you will need to create a onetime App password in your mailbox security settings and enter this instead of your standard login password.

If at any point you are required to update your mailbox login password, you will need to create a new App password and enter that in the Exchange Sync details in your Chameleon-i account.
