If your emails are being sent but going into the recipient's junk folder, there are a couple of things you can do help prevent this that we recommend.
Firstly we recommend that you make sure that our mail send IP addresses are whitelisted in the SPF record of the DNS section with your Domain Name Registrar. Below is a link to an article that describes how to do this.
https://www.validity.com/blog/how-to-build-your-spf-record-in-5-simple-steps/
The two IP addresses that you need to whitelist are listed below.
German IP : 173.212.252.15
UK IP : 149.102.155.124
Secondly we recommend that you always include an opt-out section on every mail regardless of whether it is a single or bulk email. In Chameleon-i this is done using the unsubscribe placeholder which generates a link allowing for recipients to be excluded from bulk emails. We recomend that you add this placeholder to your Chameleon-i signature so that it is automatically included on emails that you send out from Chameleon-i Below is a link to articles with more information on this on the unsubscribe link and email signatures.
