In the bulk email popup, you have the ability to send a bulk email on behalf of another Chameleon-i user in your agency.
Before sending a bulk email on behalf of another user, this function needs to be set up in the Chameleon-i Admin section.
- To enable a user to send on behalf of another, you will need to tick the 'Allow Send From Generic Email' checkbox in the User Options column in their User Profile in the Admin section. Then save the change.
- To enable a User's account/email address to be used for bulk emails by another user the checkbox to the right of their 'In/Outbound Email' must be ticked. The details can be found in the Personal information column in their User Profile in the Chameleon-i Admin section. Then save the change.
Once these 2 steps have been completed, in the 'Send As:' dropdown in the bulk email popup, the names of the users selected whose accounts that have been set to be used by other users will appear. On selecting a user from the dropdown, the email will be sent from that person.
