When sending bulk emails, candidates with a GDPR Status of No response will not receive the bulk emails unless you untick the Exclude GDPR No Response Check box in the bulk email popup.
When sending bulk emails the Exclude GDPR No Response Check box is automatically ticked by default. This means that any candidate that has a GSPR status of No Response will not have an email generated and will be excluded from the bulk email.
If you wish to send the bulk email to all candidates including those with the GDPR No Response Status, please untick the check box befoe sending.
Why does a candidate have a GDPR Staus of No Response?
This is because the candidate has been sent an automated GDPR email via our GDPR module and have not responded by clicking on the link on the email to access the web page to confirm that they wish to remain or be removed from your Chameleon-i account database.
Where can I see a candidate's GDPR Status?
You can find this by opening the candidate record and going to the System information tab.
