When you have purchased our Inbound Email module, you will need to set up an automatic forwarding rule to enable you to collect your emails from BT Business as well as your Chameleon-i account.
Login to your BT Business account and select Manage services from the menu options.
In the Email section, click on the Manage mailboxes link to display the Email page.
Highlight the email address of the user whose details you want to change and select the Email forwarding link.
In the Email address to forward to input box, enter email@example.com
Click on the Save changes button
