The In-bound e-mail module enables you to collect your e-mail in real-time from your ISP and have them displayed in Chameleon-i giving you a 2-way net-native e-mail system linked directly to your recruitment database. Alternatively, if you are looking to work out of your Outlook email account, Exchange Synchronisation might be the right option for you. In-bound emails work by automatically forwarding a copy of your received email from your inbox into your Chameleon-i inbox, via your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
If the candidate or client is registered within your Chameleon-i database, a copy of the email will be stored against their record. All sent items you create from your Chameleon-i mailbox to your registered clients and candidates will also be stored against their record. If the email received does not match an existing record, you have the functionality to create a company and client record from the create a candidate wizard, a one-click parsing tool which will allow you to create a record card and to store the attached CVs.
How to Activate
Simply click the 'Order' button from the 'Company' tab in your 'Admin' panel.
After your trial, you will be charged £5.00 per user per calendar month for this module.
Please note, if you choose to add our Inbound module, it will apply to all members of your agency.
Note: you can only have either the Inbound or Exchange or Gmail Synchronisation module activated at one time.
