The Applicants Grid displays all applications from external job boards posted via one of our aggregator partners in one place ready for review and processing.
To open the applicants grid select 'Applicants' from the Main Menu.
Search and Processing Options:
Page - Enables you to quickly move between pages of your applications.
Mine Only - Tick to view only applications made for your vacancies, un-tick to view all applications made for all vacancies regardless of vacancy owner.
Processed Only - Tick to view applications that have historically been processed.
Drop Down - View applications made within given time periods.
Search Input Box - Enables you to search for Applicant data contained in the Grid, enter for example a Vac Ref and Click 'Go' to see results.
Flags - Enable you to process Applications based on suitability.
Accept & Shortlist Flag - Accept the candidate, shortlist the candidate to the vacancy applied for and update the existing candidate record if applicable in your Chameleon-i account. Send Green Flag email to candidates.
Accept Flag - Accept the candidate and update the existing candidate record if applicable in your Chameleon-i account. Send Yellow Flag email to candidates.
Reject Flag - Reject the candidate and update the existing record in your Chameleon-i account. Send Red flag email to candidates.
Remove Flag - This will simply remove the candidate from the grid, no email will be sent.
Applicants Grid Columns Headers:
Tick box - Select multiple candidates enabling you to set their status and send the corresponding email too.
+ Expander - View additional information on the candidate and application
Status - The status column enables you to view if the Applicant is New or has an existing record in Chameleon-i.
Appd - The Appd column tells you when the application was made.
Forename, Surname, Job Title & Location - Candidate details for this particular candidate application.
Locn - Candidates location.
Src - Hover to display the job board the applicant came from.
Tel, Eml - Hover to display telephone numbers and email addresses on the application.
Docs - Contains the CV and any relevant documents attached to the application. Click the Icon to preview the document in a pop-up.
LI - LinkedIn - If details have been given of LinkedIn profiles a full logo appears which you can click on to access, alternatively a faded logo will appear and you can click on the link, log into LinkedIn yourself and search for the details.
TW - Twitter - If details have been given of Twitter profiles a full logo appears which you can click on to access, alternatively a faded logo will appear and you can click on the link log onto Twitter yourself and search for the details.
FB - Facebook - If details have been given of Facebook profiles these will appear here, alternatively you can click on the link, log onto Facebook yourself and search for the details.
GP - Google Plus - If details have been given of Google Plus profiles these will appear here, alternatively you can click on the link, log onto Google Plus yourself and search for the details.
Vac Ref - Vacancy reference and link to open the vacancy record. Click the Icon to view vacancy details in a pop-up.
Company - The Company who owns the Vacancy.
Own - This is the owner of the vacancy.
You must use and have the Broadbean/Idibu/Jobmate account details stored in your user profile and the Poll Applicants tick box ticked for this feature to work correctly.
IMPORTANT - To use this functionality with Broadbean, you need to have a Broadbean account, and must notify them that you are using Chameleon-i and supply our API number '3155822314' in order to enable this service.
Chameleon-i continuously collects applications on a rolling cycle basis, however, please note there may be a delay in them appearing in the grid. We recommend you wait 24 hours from activation before you post new vacancies to ensure that all aspects of the service have been activated.
