Troubleshooting the Outlook Plugin
If you are using the Outlook Plugin here are a few things to check if it has stopped working.
- You have your current Chameleon-i username and password correctly stored in the plugin.
- You have the latest version of the plugin installed on your PC, this can be found in our download center.
- The plugin hasn't been disabled by Outlook after a program update, please see our article 'Enabling the Outlook Plugin when disabled by MS Outlook'.
