If you're unable to remember your Chameleon-i password for logging into your account, the Chameleon-i Support can reset this for you.
In order for your password to be reset you will need to contact our Support Team either by emailing the request to email@example.com or by coming on to our Live Chat. You will need to supply your full name and company that you work for.
The support team will then reset your password and you will receive an email confirmation containing the details to allow you to log in shortly after.
When logging in for the first time after the password reset, Chameleon-i will ask you to create a new password.
After creating the new password, if you use the CV Editor or Outlook plugins please make sure you update these with your new password.
