As your applicants come through to the Client Portal, you can view and process them.
Step 1. On the Jobs view, click on the number in the Apps column of the corresponding vacancy.
Step 2. Actions - you can apply actions such as Export, Group Email & Move to Trash to selected record(s).
Step 3. Progress - you can apply progress status to selected records by using this drop-down list.
Step 4. You can use the Drag Me option to select multiple applicants and move them to a Folder or Trash as is required.
Step 5. The tick box is for selecting an applicant. The one in the header will select all of the applicants on the page for bulk actions to be performed or to let you drag multiple records to a folder of your choosing.
Step 6. The Hot icon, once clicked will mark the applicant as hot, so you can see at a glance which applicants are good for this Job.
Step 7. You can View the Applicant's CV and details by clicking the expander in this column.
Step 8. The Date column will give you the date the applicant was brought into the client portal.
Step 9. You can record a Note about the candidate by clicking the speech bubble associated with the applicant in the Notes column.
Step 10. You can also attach appropriate associated Documents to the candidate by clicking the paperclip icon in the Doc column.
Step 11. The Progress column allows you to assign a status to the applicant. You can customize these via the Setting menu option.

Step 12. You can email the applicant from your Client portal by clicking the blue envelope icon in the Email column.
Step 13. You can download a Word version of the applicant's CV by clicking the document icon in the CV column.
