The Company Grid has a number of search options as detailed below:
Select from the drop-down list the field you want to search in.
The second drop down allows you to select criteria such as Exact, Starts With, Contains
The third text box is for you to enter the search criteria you are looking for. You can use this when searching/refining existing search results for things like duplicate email addresses, forename, surname, owner etc.
The radial search is a popular way to bring up companies that are based within certain areas. Select the number of miles from the drop-down-list and then type in the location you're looking for. The location should be available from the drop-down list, but if you can't find it let us know and we'll add it for you.
The drop-down allows you to filter between all companies or your own companies based on the record ownership.
Click the blue 'Tag' button to create a new saved tag search or select a saved search from the drop-down list.
You can pick what company priorities you want to be added into the search. These are editable via the Lists tab in the Admin area.
The 'HOLD' button enables you to hold existing search results, then refine or add additional search criteria to narrow your results further.
The 'Go' button runs the search.
The alphabet allows you to search a company name starting with the letter - clicking the '*' will return all records in the database.
The '+ New' button enables you to create a new company record in the database.
