Select from the drop-down list the field you want to search in.
The second drop down allows you to select criteria such as Exact, Starts With, Contains.

The location should be available from the drop-down list, but if you can't find it let us know and we'll add it for you.
The drop-down allows you to filter between all candidates or your own candidates based on the record ownership and several other options.
This drop-down enables you to run previously saved searches, select the search and click the 'Go' button.
You can select candidate priorities you want to filter against in the search.
The 'HOLD' button enables you to hold existing search results, then refine or add additional search criteria to narrow your results further.
The 'Go' button runs the search.
The alphabet allows you to search a company name starting with the letter - clicking the '*' will return all records in the database.
