The Vacancy Grid has a number of search options as detailed below:
Select from the drop-down list the field you want to search in.
The second drop down allows you to select criteria such as Exact, Starts With, Contains.
The third text box is for you to enter the search criteria you are looking for. You can use this when searching/refining existing search results for things like duplicate email addresses, forename, surname, owner etc.
You have the option to show all vacancies or just your own vacancies and their state using this drop-down list.
Filter the vacancy type Permanent, Contract, Temporary from this drop-down.
Click the blue 'Tag' button to create a new tag search or simply select an existing one from the drop-down list.
This drop-down enables you to run previously saved searches, select the search and click the 'Go' button.
The 'HOLD' button enables you to hold existing search results whilst refining/adding additional search criteria.
The 'Go' button runs the search.
The alphabet running across the bottom allow you to search via client surname - clicking the '*' will return all records in the database.
The '+ New' button enables you to create a new vacancy record in the database.
