We have partnered with a Cloud-based PBX provider called as CloudCall.
They offer a monthly pay as you go phone system. We have integrated their Caller Line Identification (CLI) and Call Telephone Integration (CTI) into our Chameleon-i software.
The CLI integration will allow the routing of incoming phone calls, meaning that when your clients and candidates call your switchboard they will always be directed to the correct consultant and the client or candidates record will automatically pop on the screen. You can also set up hunt groups for teams within your agency, so your calls are always answered by the relevant person.
The CTI enables click to call directly from your client or candidate record, our integration will allow you to record that a telephone conversation took place, the duration and you have the option through CloudCall to record the call and store a link to the recording in your Chameleon-i database. This will allow an accurate log of call history which can be reported on from within the new look Chameleon-i dashboard.
The cloud-based version of Cloudcall perfectly complements Chameleon-i, you can then log in any time, anywhere to your Chameleon-i account and CloudCall account, giving you a full communication package on the move.

Our partner services are pre-integrated into Chameleon-i, which means that they are ready for you to use as and when you require. Our partners will charge you directly for their products and services. They will provide you with username/s and password/s to activate their product, you will need to place these into the appropriate field within the admin or user section of Chameleon-i.
