This feature will automatically delete candidates who have been red/grey flagged within the applicant's grid helping to keep you GDPR compliant.
If you want to have unsuitable candidates automatically deleted from the system so they are no longer in your applicant's grid you will need to set the following:
Select the 'Admin' tab.
On the 'Company' tab within Admin navigate to the admin control 'Applicant Grid Grey/Red Flag' option this is located in the left-hand column.
Select the number of days to retain 'Grey/Red' Flagged candidates in the Applicant Grid.
Press 'Save' to confirm your preferences.
The system will delete these candidates overnight when they meet the saved criteria.
