Creating Company Records.
You can create Company records individually or in bulk.
You can add company records individually, as you're going along via the company grid.
To create multiple company records, you should use the Imports tab within the Admin area to upload a spreadsheet containing your data which is processed overnight.

Creating Client Records.
You can create Client records in bulk or individually the same way.
You can create Client records individually, as you're going along via the client grid or an existing company record. See our article for more information about this.
If you have Inbound, Exchange Synchronisation or Google Mail email modules you can also create a client record from your Inbox - for more information see our article.

Creating Candidate Records.
As candidates form the largest part of a database we have several options to create candidate records:
1. You can also create a candidate record manually.
2. The Outlook Plugin.
3. Automatically create the candidate record using the Auto Recognition Drag & Droploader.
4. Forward the emails with the CV's to our auto-recognition service at cvs@chameleoni.com.
5. If you have Inbound, Exchange Synchronisation or Google Mail email options you can create a candidate record from your Inbox. Further information can be found here here.

Creating Vacancy Records.
Vacancy records can be created from Client records or from the Vacancy grid.
Creating Placement Records.
