Timesheets - Updating, Approving & Archiving
Approving/Editing in a Timesheet
If you have ticked the Client Completes Timesheets tickbox in the Contract, then you have the ability to approve a timesheet, and even fill it in on behalf of the Contractor.

1. On a Timesheet the Contract Details box you can see information relating to the Contract associated with the Timesheet. You can view details such as Start and End Dates, Client, Company and Agency information - however you cannot edit this information.
2. The Timesheet Details box displays the Timesheet number or ID and the time periods this specific timesheet covers.
3. The Archive button allows you to archive the timesheet, if it's become redundant or incorrectly filled in by the contractor.
4. The Timesheet itself consists of the individual days specific to that timesheet, and either you, the client or the candidate should enter the number of hours per day in the white rows. Use whole numbers only.
You can approve the timesheet once you've thoroughly reviewed it by clicking the Approve Now button.
