Your User Profile on Chi Timesheets allows you to enter information about your agency, set reminders and specify options as to how and when you want invoices to be produced.
In the top half of the My Profile page you are able to change your account information such as Contact Name, Password changes, addresses etc.
In the bottom half of the My Profile page you can set options for your timesheets in terms of what can and cannot be used.
Show pay rates to contractors - If ticked, your contractors will be shown pay rates and calculated values when entering Timesheets.
Show charge rates to clients - If ticked, your clients will be shown charge rates and calculated values when viewing Timesheets.
Generate sales invoices - If ticked, by default your contracts will be set to generate sales invoices for your approval.
Generate purchase invoices - If ticked, by default your contracts will be set to generate purchase invoices for your approval.
Use comments in Timesheets - If ticked, your clients can type comments into a Timesheet for viewing by you and your contractors.
Use Timesheet rating system - If ticked, your clients can type rate the work on each Timesheet from poor to excellent. This is not visible to contractors.
Redirect all email to me - If ticked, all mail generated will be diverted to you, and not to clients or contractors. When you remove this option you will be asked whether you wish to send mail previously redirected to you.
Allow Timesheet Rejection - If ticked,Clients will be allowed to reject Timesheets. When you remove this option Clients won't be allowed to reject Timesheets.
