There maybe instances where you cannot login to your Chameleon-i account despite your login details being correct.
There can be different reasons for this - depending on what is happening when you login and press 'Enter'.
Nothing Happening when hitting Enter or 'Login Here' button
If when you enter your login details, nothing happens and the login screen remains on the browser window then it could be caused by one of the following:
Your internet/computer is slowed down to the point where it takes a while to get you into the database. Be patient and it should load eventually.
Your browser has an issue loading the page - remedy this by clearing your Internet cache, if you are unsure how to do this google the process.
If the problem persists click the Help button on your account or on the website and one of our support team will assist you further.
The Form removes your login details and refreshes

You get an 'incorrect login' error
This maybe caused by one of the following:
The login details you have entered are incorrect or have changed - check the password and username before contacting Chameleon-i Support.
There is a problem with the account and you need to contact your administrator, or if you are the owner of the account, contact Chameleon-i Support.
The login details are saved on the browser, and you may need to clear your Internet cache. If you are unsure how to do this Google the process.
